- Valid NCA registration (Category! preferred)
- Proven luxury residential / mixed-use experience
- Audited financials (last 3years)
- ISO & EHS compliance
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
- Certificate of Incorporation / Business Registration
- Valid KRA Tax Compliance Certificate
- NCA Registration Certificate
- Audited financials (last 3 years)
- Company profile & portfolio
SUBMISSION
All tenders must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked: “TENDER – PAVO RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT”
