PRE-QUALIFICATION OF CONTRACTORS
DAI GLOBAL LLC is seeking the prequalification of Contractors who are interested in becoming the preferred service providers for the USAID-WESTERN KENYA WATER PROJECT (WKWP) for the period of 2023-2027. The WKWP operation centres are based in Western Kenya with its head office in Kisumu. WKWP is prequalifying Contractors for the following categories

| EOI-WKWP-2023-018 | Borehole services: Camera Inspection, flushing and test pumping of boreholes. |
| EOI-WKWP-2023-019 | Water works contractors to undertake various water infrastructure development. |
| EOI-WKWP-2023-020 | Steel tank Contractors for fabrication, delivery, and installation of elevated steel water tanks of different capacities. |
| EOi-WKWP-2023-021 | Electrical and solar installation contractors to undertake solar works including all electrical works |
All applicants MUST submit all the following mandatory documents as an attachment to their expression of interest:
- A copy of current and valid Tax Compliance certificate (Validity to be checked on KRA Portal).
- PIN certificate.
- References and contacts (LPOs, contracts and Contact List of at least 3 reference).
- A certified true copy of CR12.
- Certificate of Incorporation.
- Verifiable physical location (Provide business permit/Trading License).
- Copy of certified Two Years Audited Financial Statements.
- EOI-WKWP-2023-018: Registration with the Ministry of Water, Sanitation, and Irrigation as a Water development works contractor
- EOI-WKWP-2023-019: NCA registration in water works category, NCA 7 and above
- EOI-WKWP-2023-020; NCA registration in Mechanical Engineering works category, NCA 7 and above
- EOI-WKPW-2023-021: Registration with EPRA as a Solar Contractor (SPVC) and/or key personnel registered as Electrical Engineer or registration with EPRA as SPVT
Interested bidders should submit their EOI documents as an email attachment to: WKWP_Submissions@dai.com by 21/02/2023. Maximum limit per email is 25 Mbs.
This EOI is free of charge, the issuance of this EOI solicitation does NOT in any obligate DAI to award a subcontract. Applicants will not be reimbursed for any costs associated with the preparation of their bids.
