PRE-QUALIFICATION OF CONTRACTORS FOR SMALL WORKS

The National Drought Management Authority (NDMA) is a public body established by the National
Drought Management Authority (NDMA) Act, 2016. It previously operated under the State Corporations
Act (Cap 446) of the Laws of Kenya by Legal Notice Number 171 of November 24, 2011.
NDMA invites interested eligible firms for pre-qualification of contractors for works which can be
obtained from our website www.ndma.go.ke or from the www.tenders.go.ke
Completed pre-qualification document should be submitted, in plain sealed envelopes with
pre-qualification reference number and name clearly marked on top, should be addressed to:

NAIROBI
The documents, in plain sealed envelopes, should be deposited in the tender box situated at the
NDMA Reception, 8th Floor, Lonrho House, Standard Street, Nairobi, so as to be received on or before
28th February, 2023 at 10:30am. Documents submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
Electronic tenders will not be accepted
The documents will be opened immediately thereafter in the Boardroom on 17th Floor, Lonrho
House, Standard Street, Nairobi in the presence of Tenderers or their representatives who choose
to attend.
