TENDER NOTICE 

PRE QUALIFICATION OF SUPPLIERS FOR GOODS WORKS AND SERVICES FOR PERIOD
BETWEEN 1st DECEMBER 2021 TO 30th SEPTEMBER 2023

Tenders are invited by Nyeri county service delivery coordinating unit NYCO/CSDCU from eligible firms for supply and delivery of goods, works, & services to National Government Departments / Institutions within Nyeri County as and when required for the period between 1st December 2021
to 30th November 2023 as below

Tender documents to be obtained from respective Sub- County supply chain management offices during normal working hours upon payment of non- refundable fees of Kshs 1000 (one thousand only) at Nyeri Central ,Mukurwe-ini ,Tetu,Nyeri South(Othaya), Mathira West, Mathira East,Kieni West&Kieni East Sub-County Treasury cash offices.

NOTE. Special groups (youth women & people with disability) tenders and category B tenders are exempted from the above mentioned fee

Completed Tender documents in plain, sealed envelopes clearly marked Tender No…. should be deposited at the respective Deputy County Commissioners Tender box in the sub-counties on or before THURSDAY 30th SEPTEMBER 2021 AT 10.00 AM .Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to attend. Youth, women & people with Disabilities are encouraged to apply.
