Tender documents are available at the NG-CDF KIPIPIRI OFFICE MIHARATI during normal working hours upon payment of non-refundable fee of KSH. 1,000 per set at sub-county treasury or can be downloaded at NGCDF website www.ngcdf.go.ke
Price quoted must be NET INCLUSIVE of all government taxes, and must remain valid for 120 days after closing date.
In all cases, please attach TAX COMPLIANCE, REGISTRATION/INCORPORATION CERTIFICATES and CR12. Interested bidders for tender No. B2 must be registered with the relevant authorities (NCA].
Tender numbers Al, B4, B5, B8 and B9 are reserved for AGPO category. Youth, Women and Persons Living with Disabilities are encouraged to apply and must be registered with AGPO.
Complete tender documents in plain sealed envelope clearly marked tender “No……” should be deposited into the tender box situated at the entrance to the NG-CDF-KIPIPIRI office. The envelope should be addressed to;

So as to reach the office on or before 14th February, 2023 at 11.00am. All prequalification documents will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of bidders/representatives who choose to attend, at the NG-CDF-BOARDROOM.
