| PRE-QUALIFICATION OF SUPPLIERS FOR 2023-2024 |
Asili Sacco Society Limited invites applications for pre-qualification from interested, eligible and competent suppliers for supply, provision of goods, services and repair & maintenance services for the period starting 1st January, 2023 to 31st December, 2024, [two years period). Current suppliers who wish to continue with supplies must also apply.
List of Asili Sacco Procurement categories and prequalification documents are available in the Society’s website www.asilisacco.coop and may be downloaded for free.
Note: Special groups i.e. women, youths and persons living with disabilities are encouraged to apply.
The application should be in a sealed envelope to maintain confidentiality and addressed to:

NAIROBI.
The envelope should be marked with the “Prequalification Category Number applied for and the category description” upon submission, and must be dropped in the Tender box, 1st floor next . to the reception at Asili Co-op Center, Lower Ngara Road, Opp Arya Boys High School, Nairobi on or before Friday 29/07/2022 at 01:00 pm.
Opening of the prequalification applications/bids will be done on Friday 08/08/2022 at 11:00 am in the conference room.
Late bids shall not be accepted.
The applicants will be notified of the outcome of the exercise after three weeks of the opening through their provided emails.
