Tender documents with detailed specifications can be obtained in person or on written request from County Treasury offices, Mandera during normal working hours on payment of non-refundable fee of KES 1,000/= per set of tender documents. Prequalification tender forms will be issued free.
Prices quoted MUST BE NET [inclusive VAT and other incidental charges) expressed in Kenya shillings and should remain valid for 90 days after the closing date.
