Finn Church Aid Kenya invites interested and eligible suppliers to apply for pre-qualification indicating the category of goods and services as they wish to supply for the period August 24, 2021 to August 24, 2023. Existing suppliers who wish to be retained must also re-apply and submit information requested in the pre-qualification document.

- Interested bidders to contact Finn Church Aid via keco.procurement@kua.fi for the pre-qualification document. The documents will be available from 24th August 2021 at no cost from the contact mentioned above. Applicants with questions regarding this tender should send them in writing by 30th August 2021.
- All pre-qualification documents, in English language only, must be submitted via email kenya.tender1@kua.fi clearly indicating the lot number being tendered for on the subject line of the email by 2359 hrs. on 13th September 2021. Late bids will be rejected.
- Bidders should clearly capture the Lot number for which they wish to tender, for example, (FCA/KKM/05/2021) on the subject of the email.
- Tenders will be opened at the address mentioned in the Pre-qualification document.
