World Wide Fund for Nature Kenya [WWF-Kenya] is a locally registered non-governmental conservation organization, an affiliate of WWF International. WWF has been working in Kenya since 1962 alongside the government, civil society, private sector organizations, and local communities to contribute towards providing an enabling environment for the achievement of a healthy natural environment supporting people and sustainable development in Kenya. WWF Kenya has offices in Nairobi, Nakuru, Naivasha, Narok, Kwale, Loitokitok and Lamu.

WWF Kenya invites applications from competent suppliers for prequalification for supply of goods, services and works in the different categories and in various locations in Kenya for the years 2024 to 2026. More information about the categories and locations is available on the Tendersure™ website. [AGPO women, youth and PLWD are encouraged to participate]. The supplier prequalification exercise will be conducted online via: Tendersure

Tendersure™ platform is secure, transparent and provides an efficient prequalification process. Interested suppliers may access and register on www.tendersure.africa under the “Available Jobs” tab. Access to the prequalification will be granted upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of KES 3,000.00 per category for Nairobi, Nakuru, Naivasha and Mombasa and KES 2,000 for Narok, Loitokitok, Lamu and Kwale per category. All payments will be made online via M-PESA, Visa Card and MasterCard amongst others. The online prequalification exercise closes on 8th December 2023 at 10pm EAT.

All existing suppliers are required to participate alongside prospective suppliers to be evaluated and considered.

All participants who duly complete the prequalification process online will be notified of the outcome.

Prequalification is not a guarantee for business opportunity, bidders will be invited to submit their quotations on need basis based on the opportunities available. WWF Kenya reserves the right to accept or reject any bid in whole or in part at its discretion.
