Mandatory requirements are valid copies of: Certificate of Incorporation or Registration, Business Permit, Tax Compliance Certificate, VAT and PIN Certificate. Prequalification document can be obtained from the College’s Accounts Office or Email on request during normal working hours upon payment of non-refundable fee of Ksh 1,000 per set of the Tender document, payable through Mpesa (pay bill). Completed prequalification documents in plain sealed envelope dearly marked with the respective tender reference number and tender description addressed to:

Or be placed in the tender box at the Administration Block not later than Tuesday 19th July 2022 at 10:30am. Prequalification of suppliers will be done immediately thereafter at the Colleges Boardroom.
The College reserves the right to accept or reject any tender either in part or whole and give reasons for the same.
