TENDER NOTICE 

Ipas is a global non-governmental organization dedicated to ending preventable deaths and disabilities resulting from unsafe abortions.

Ipas Invites interested and eligible entities to submit their applications for purposes of pre-qualification of suppliers of good and services for 14 categories indicated below.

Applicants are required to submit completed pre-qualification forms and the mandatory documents in PDF format to the email address procurementaa@ipas.org on or before 30th September, 2021, making sure to indicate the category number on the subject line, and name and contact details of the designated person in your organization to whom any correspondence should be addressed to. Email size allowed is 5 MB per email.

Submission of bids will only be made electronically. Applications received after the deadline will not be considered. Applicants need to apply for each category number separately, combined applications shall not be considered.

Existing suppliers who wish to be considered for the Ipas list of suppliers are also required to submit their applications for 2022/23.

NOTE: This is an application for prequalification and not a tender for supply of goods and services. By being pre-qualified does not preclude or prevent Ipas from conducting competitive bidding process in future and this should not be construed to be a promise of any contract. Ipas reserves the right to accept or reject any application for prequalification from potential applicants without giving reason. Any canvasing attempts shall lead to disqualification.
