PREQUALIFICATION OF SUPPLIERS
AFYA SACCO Society Limited is a licensed deposit taking (DT) SACCO. Its core business is to promote the Socio-economic well-being of its members through the-provision of affordable quality financial services based on co-operative ideals.
AFYA SACCO hereby invites sealed bids from interested suppliers and services providers with suitable capabilities to be prequalified of various categories (i.e. goods, services & works) for the period 2026-2027.
All Eligible suppliers may obtain the prequalification document during normal working hours from the society’s procurement office at AFYA CENTER, 3rd floor upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ksh.2,000 for each prequalification category applied. Optionally, the eligible suppliers may scan the appended QR code, download the tender/prequalification document and arrange the required payment to our Nairobi FOSA at the point of submitting the tender.
Completed document in plain sealed envelope clearly marked “Prequalification of Supplier’s year 2026-2027” starting Tender Number and Tender description or the Tender Reference Number as more particularly described in the Tender Document should be addressed to:
