PREQUALIFICATION /REGISTRATION FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF GOODS, WORKS AND SERVICES 2023/2024 – KWL

MINISTRY OF INTERIOR AND COORDINATION OF NATIONAL GOVERNMENT COUNTY COMMISSIONER –KWALE COUNTY TENDER JULY 2022 

TENDER NOTICE 

Tenders are invited from qualified and competent tenderers for prequalification /registration for supply and delivery of goods, works and services to all government departments/institutions in respective sub county within Kwale County as and when required during financial years 2022- 2023 & 2023-2024 ending June 30th 2024. The details of the tenders are as follows

Interested bidders should attach the following documents at submission to be considered for father evaluation.

1. copy of certificate of incorporation (for all tender s)
2. Copy of valid annual practicing license and registration certificate with NCA 8 and above for building works, water works and road works respectively ( for tender s 9,14 and 15 )
3. copy of PIN Certificate ( for all tender s)
4. Valid tax compliance certificate(will be verified on the KRA TCC Checker)( for all tender s)
5. Certified copy of recent CR12 Form for the month of July 2022 (for all tender s)
6. National ID /Passport of directors (for all tender s)
7. Valid single business permit from any County (for all tender s
8. Private garage inspection certificate from mechanical department either from county or regional mechanical department (valid must not be expired) tender 8
9. Certificate of AGPO for reserved group tender no.s 1,4, 6 and 11must be valid
10. Public health certificate for tender 4
11. Confidential business questionnaire correctly filled, signed and stamped indicate contact numbers and email address clearly for recording purposes
12. Bidders must serialize sequentially all pages of the tender document plus attachments and bind the document (document that is not bind will automatically be disqualified)

Other Requirements

1. Similar previous experience where applicable (not a must for reserved and newly registered companies)
2. Professional and Technical Personnel (provide CVs for the employees)
3. Proof of Financial capacity (not must for reserved and newly registered companies
4. Any form of Canvassing will lead to disqualification
5. Detailed evaluation criteria is to be found in the tender Both the advert and the detailed criteria for evaluation in the tender document will be used in the process of evaluation so bidders should take note the advert and the criteria laid down in the tender document.

1. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested contractors upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kenya Shillings One Thousand only (Kshs. 1000) in cash or download on the website tender.go.ke at free  of charge. For framework agreement tender, the bidder may download the document but must pay non-refundable fee of Kenya Shillings One Thousand only (Kshs. 1000) in cash  and attach the original receipt on the tender document. Documents for  framework agreement when returned without the original official receipt will be automatically be disqualified.

Document may also be obtained at the office of supply chain management office as follows:-

• For Matuga and Msambweni at the office of kwale-matuga sub county supply chain management officer kwale at the County Commissioner’s Office During office working hours
• For lunga lunga and Kinango at the office of lungalunga sub county supply chain management officer lungalunga deputy county commissioner’s office during office working hours

2. Duly filled tender documents in an enclosed plain envelope marked with tender number and description of the item may be addressed to:-

1. Matuga sub county p o box 1 kwale
2. Kinango sub county p o box 1 kinango
3. Msambweni sub county p o box 93 msambweni
4. Lungalunga sub coucty p o box 104 lungalunga

And deposited in the tender Box situated at the Respective sub county deputy county commissioners’ office, so as to be received on or before 3rd August 2022 at 10.am. for Matuga and lungalunga sub counties and on 4th august 2022 for Kinango and msambweni sub counties respectively. Prices quoted must be net inclusive of all applicable taxes and should be expressed in Kenyan Shillings.

Tender submitted after closing date and time shall not be accepted. Tender shall be opened publicly immediately thereafter at the Respective deputy county commissioners’ boardroom
