Detailed tender documents are to be obtained from the Procurement Office during normal working hours upon payment of Kshs. 1,000 (NON REFUNDABLE FEE) in the College’s KCB Bank A/c no 1238447694 Siaya Branch and presentation of the payment slip to the College’s Finance Office.
Duly completed Bid Documents in plain sealed envelope, clearly marked “the title and the Bid Reference Number” should be addressed to the undersigned and dropped into the TENDER BOX next to the Registrar’s office on or before 23rd July 2020 at 10.00 a.m. The bid documents will be opened immediately thereafter in the College Staffroom in the presence of bidders/their representative who choose to attend and must observe the MoH rules and regulations on COVID – 19.
Women, youth and persons with disability who are registered with respective bodies are encouraged to apply for the tenders indicated special.
Late bids shall not be accepted or opened.
