PROCUREMENT AND INSTALLATION OF EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT AND CRITICAL CARE EQUIPMENT FOR MACHAKOS COUNTY LEVEL 5 HOSPITAL, MATUU LEVEL 4 HOSPITAL, MASII LEVEL 4 HOSPITAL, KANGUNDO LEVEL 4 HOSPITAL, AND ATHI RIVER LEVEL 4 HOSPITAL.
Malteser International (Ml), the international humanitarian relief agency of the Sovereign Order of Malta, has supported vulnerable communities worldwide for over 60 years. Since 2019, Ml has implemented the Upesi Health Program in Kenya, funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ-SSF), to improve emergency care and reduce preventable deaths. In Phase 3, Ml aims to strengthen emergency services in Machakos County by equipping and renovating hospital emergency departments, building staff capacity, and improving referral systems between Level 4 and Level 5 hospitals. The project will support Matuu Level 4 Hospital, Masii Level 4 Hospital, Kangundo Level 4 Hospital, Athi River Level 4 Hospital, and Machakos Level 5 Hospital.
Ml hereby invites eligible and interested suppliers to submit bids for the supply, delivery, installation, testing, and commissioning of emergency department and critical care equipment as per the detailed specifications attached.
