Expression of interest aimed at selecting qualified contractors to be part of a short list for future potential tender procedures for the production of a collective Video Documentary under the program named “Go Blue”, FED/2020/419-534.
The objective of the assignment will be to train selected members of fishermen communities in the coast of Kenya on the basics of video making and storytelling to allow them to film themselves and tell their own stories. The materials produced by the fishermen will be coupled with additional shooting developed by the contractor.
