Tender Name: PROPOSED COMPLETION OF A DORMITORY BLOCK (SECOND FLOOR ONLY) – FULL CONTRACT ONLY (PHASE 3) AT ST. RITA KIARAGANA GIRLS SECONDARY SCHOOL, KIRINYAGA WEST SUB COUNTY, KIRINYAGA COUNTY.
The Government of Kenya, through the Ministry of Education, St. Rita Kiaragana Girls Secondary School, Kirinyaga County, invites sealed bids from interested, eligible and competent tenderers for the Proposed Completion of a Dormitory Block (Second Floor Only) – Full Contract at St Rita Kiaragana Girls Secondary School, – Comprising of Builders Works and associated Electrical Works. Eligible tenderers should attach valid documentation and meet the following minimum requirements:-
1) Certificate of Incorporation.
2) Valid Tax Compliance certificate
3) Valid CR12 from the registrar of companies
4) VAT/PIN certificate
5) Dully filled form of tender
6) Valid NCA Certificate
7) Bid security/bond in the form of a Bank guarantee
8) Three or so referrals of a similar work done.
Any other necessary documents Interested and eligible tenderers may obtain further information from and inspect the tender documents at the St. Rita Kiaragana Girls Secondary School located at the Kirinyaga West Sub-county, Kirinyaga County upon payment of non-refundable fee of Kshs. 1,000 (One Thousand Kenya Shillings Only), during normal working hours. Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes and delivery costs, and expressed in Kenya Shillings and shall remain valid for a period of 120 days from the closing date of the tender. Duly Filled, Signed and Stamped Tender Securing Declaration Form must accompany tender. Complete tender documents, enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with Tender Number/Tender Description Reference shall be addressed to; ST. RITA KIARAGANA GIRLS SECONDARY SCHOOL, P.O. BOX 414 – KARATINA and be deposited in the Tender Box at St. Rita Kiaragana Girls Secondary School Offices, on or before 10th November 2022 at 11.00am. Tenders will be opened same day at 2.00 p.m. in the School boardroom, in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
