Deputy County Commissioner Kesses Sub County invites interested and eligible bidders to participate in the following tenders in Kesses Sub County.

ELIGIBLE CRITERIA
- A copy of KRA Pin and Tax Compliance Certificate.
- A copy of valid certificate of business registration/ Incorporation certificate
- Bid security of 2%of tender sum from bank or insurance
- Serialisation of pages
- Evidence of lines of credit
- A copy of audited accounts for the last three years.
- Evidence of similar works done in the past three years.
- Proof of tools, equipment and personnel.
- Litigation history.
Tender documents may be obtained from County Director Supply Chain Management services at County commissioner’s office room 126 during normal working hours upon payment of non- refundable fee of kshs. 1000 (One Thousand Shillings only) per set of document payable in cash at Eldoret west Sub-County Treasury.
Complete tender documents in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked TENDER NO. KESSES/DCC/02/2021-2022, should be deposited in the TENDER BOX situated at the entrance of the County commissioners office Uasin-Gishu:

So as to be received on or before 23rd February, 2022 at 10.00 am, the tenders will be opened on the same day in the County Commissioners boardroom. The tenderers or their representative who wish to witness the opening may attend.
