COUNTY GOVERNMENT OF NYAMIRA TENDER JULY 2022 

NATIONAL OPEN TENDER 

1. The County Government of Nyamira through the Department of Agriculture, Livestock & Fisheries has received financing from the world Bank for National Agricultural and Rural Inclusive Growth Project (NARIGP], and part of the financing will be used to Construct and Complete Nyabomite – Bombo -Bokimori li rigation Project, the County therefore, invites eligible bidders to bid for works as indicated below;
2. Tendering will be conducted under Open Competitive Method National using a standardized tender document and in this regard. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
3. Qualified and Interested tenderers may obtain further Information and Inspect the Tender Documents during office hours ;0800 to 1700 hours’ at the address given below.
4. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained freely by interested tenders from the website address given herein. Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Websites at Nyamira website: l[www.nyamira.go.ke] Public Procurement Information Portal: www.tenders.go.ke and ITMIS Supplier Portal: www.supplier.treaury.go.ke  using unique IFMIS Negotiation numbers as indicated.
5. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the Nyamira website: www.nyamira.go.ke. Public Procurement Information Portal: www.tenders.go.keand IFMIS Supplier  Portal: www.supplier.treaury.go.ke using unique IFMIS Negotiation numbers Tenderers who download the tender document and seek any clarifications May forward their particulars to (County Government of Nyamira Headquarters, P.0Box434 -40500Nyamira,) to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
6. Tenders shall be quoted be in  Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tenders shall remain valid for (120) days from the date of opening of tenders.
7. All Tenders must be accompanied by a fender Security from recognized banking institutions as indicated in the table below
8. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
9. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before Tuesday :6^TH August 2022. at 10.30a.m. local time. OWL/Electronic Tenders WILL be PERMITTED
10. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline d3te and time specified above or any dead line date and times specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened In the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
11. Late tenders will be rejected.
12. Mandatory pre-tender site visit will be held on Wednesdays- August 2022at 9:00 am starting from Nyamira North Sub – County Agriculture office – Ekerenyo. All prospective bidders are advised to make their own Transport arrangement to and from the site.
13. Bidders are advised to visit the County Government of Nyamira website www.nyamira.go.ke.from time to time before deadline for submission of tender documents in case of issuance of addendum/s and any relevant communication about the tenders as and when it may be deemed necessary.
