INVITATION TO TENDER

The Supretendant of Police Lamu County), invites sealed tenders for the PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF 4NO. 2-ROOMED STAFF QUARTERS, CONSTRUCTION OF 2-DOOR PIT LATRINES AND CONSTRUCTION OF 2-DOOR BATHROOMS AT NDAU ADMINISTRATION POLICE POST LAMU EAST CONSTITUENCY
Tendering will be conducted under National open competitive method using a standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
Tenderers will be allowed to tender for one lot”.
1. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office hours [0800 to 1600 hours] at the address given below.
2. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested tenders upon to the address given below.
3. Tenders shall be quoted be in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tenders shall remain valid for (120) days from the date of opening of tenders.
4. All Tenders must be accompanied by a bid security of Kshs. 100,000 of the bid price in form of bank guarantee from a reputable bank or PPRA authorized insurance company located in Kenya, valid for at least 120 days from the date of Bidder opening.
5. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
6. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before [As per the advert]. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
7. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified below or any dead line date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
8. Late tenders will be rejected.
