PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF CLASSROOM BLOCK AND STAIRCASE AT ALLIANCE HIGH SCHOOL (PHASE 1)-9 NO. CLASSROOMS ONPLOT L.R. NO. 7219/4, KIKUYU

1. The ALLIANCE HIGH SCHOOL OF P.O. BOX 07-00902 KIKUYU invites sealed tenders for the
construction of classroom block and staircase at alliance high school (phase 1)-9 no. classrooms
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (National) [Select one] using a standardized
tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
In case this tender is subject to a Reservation, specify the Group that is eligible to tender, i.e. tendering is open to
All Main Contractors with NCA 3 and above Builders Works.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during
office hours [ 0900 to 1700 hours] at the address given below.
4. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained FREE DOWNLOAD electronically from the School
Website: https://www.alliancehighschool.ac.ke and Government Public Procurement Information
Portal(www.tender.go.ke). Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.
Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to
procurement@alliancehighschool.ac.ke, 0777 991 004 || 020 2015026 to facilitate any further clarification
oraddendum.
5. Tenders shall be quoted be in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tenders shall remain valid for (150)
days from the date of opening of tenders.
6. All Tenders must be accompanied by the appropriate Tender Security in Kenya Shillings.
7. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
8. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before [12:00pm on 30th December, 2025].
Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
9. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date and
times specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated
representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
10. Late tenders will be rejected.
