INVITATION TO TENDER
PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF MEMBER OF COUNTY ASSEMBLY OF KILIFI WARD OFFICE AT GOSHI CHIEF’S OFFICE IN KAKUYUNI WARD FOR THE
COUNTY ASSEMBLY OF KILIFI.
The County Assembly of Kilifi invites sealed tenders for the Proposed Construction of Member of County Assembly of
Kilifi Ward Office at GOSHI CHIEF’S OFFICE IN KAKUYUNI WARD for the County Assembly of Kilifi.
1. Tendering is open National.
2. The Tenderer will submit any request for clarifications in writing addressed to
procurement@kilifiassembly.go.ke to reach the Procuring Entity to later than 5 working days before the
Tender Opening Date.
3. Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Websites http://www.tenders.go.ke and
www.kilifiassembly.go.ke. Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.
4. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website http://www.tenders.go.ke and
www.kilifiassembly.go.ke . Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars
immediately to procurement@kilifiassembly.go.ke to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
5. Tenders shall be quoted be in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tenders shall remain valid for 154 days
from the date of opening of tenders.
6. All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender Security of Kenya Shillings Two Hundred and Eighty-Nine
Thousand (Kshs. 289,000.00) only from a Commercial Bank or Insurance Company recognized by PPRA in
the form of a bank guarantee and will be valid for 154 days from the date of tender opening.
7. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
8. Completed tenders must be uploaded electronically to the IFMIS on or before 06th March, 2026 at 10:00am.
Manual Tenders will not be permitted.
