PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF TWO STOREYED TUTION BLOCK (STRICTLY LABOUR CONTRACT)
The management wishes to invite tenders for the above project.
The contractor must meet the following requirements
- Certified copies of Company registration certificate
- Certified copies of Current copy tax compliance certificate
iii. Certified Copies of NCA practicing certificate
- Minimum NCA 7 registration certificate (certified copy]
- Certified copy of Incorporation certificate
- Certified copies of Completion certificates for at least three jobs of similar nature completed in the last three years.
vii. Certified bid Bond from a reputable bank of Kshs. 220,000.00
viii. Certified copies of current bank statement for the last six months and last audited accounts
Tender documents are available from the Accounts Office upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kshs.1000 (one thousand only) to our school account KCB1102 224 512 SONDU Branch.
Only completed tender documents in plain sealed envelope and addressed to the undersigned should be placed in the tender box in front of accounts Office on or before 9th March 2020 at 11.00am.
Tender opening will take place on the same day at 11.30 am in the domestic science room. Please ensure that a receipt issued when purchasing the tender document from the school is enclosed.
The school board of Management reserves the right to accept or reject any tender either in whole or in part without any reason.
