INVITATION TO TENDER
TENDER NO: CAS/TEND/5/HALL/22-23 

PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF WARD OFFICE HALL BLOCK AT UGUNJA. 
The County Assembly of Siaya invites sealed tenders for the proposed construction of ward office hall at ward level.
Tendering will be conducted under open National competitive method using a standardized tender document. Tendering
is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers. This is a County Specific Procurement reserved for residents of
Siaya County.
Qualified and interested candidates may view, inspect and obtain complete tender documents free of charge from the
assembly’s website (www.siayaassembly.go.ke,) and the Public Procurement Information Portal
(www.tenders.go.ke). Tenderers who download the tender document should forward their particulars immediately to
clerk@siayaassembly.go.ke. to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes and delivery costs, must be expressed in Kenya shillings and shall
remain valid for a period of 140 days from the closing/opening date of the tender. Tenders must be accompanied by a
Tender Securing declaration form in the format provided in tender document.
The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted
Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, clearly marked with the tender identification
number and name and be deposited in the Tender Box provided at the ground floor SIAYA COUNTY ASSEMBLY
OFFICES within Siaya Town or be addressed and posted to:

SIAYA
so as to be received on or before Friday 25th November 2022 at 12.00 noon
In addition, tenderers SHALL respond to the tenders through the IFMIS Supplier portal, by the deadline indicated
above inorder to be eligible for award.
Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the tenderers representatives who choose to attend at
the Assembly Boardroom 3.
Late tenders will be rejected
