INVITATION TO TENDER:
PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION TO COMPLETION OF A TUITION BLOCK (PHASE 1) AT KMTC KABARNET CAMPUS.
TENDER NO: KMTC/020/2024 – 2025
1. The KENYA MEDICAL TRAINING COLLEGE invites sealed tenders for the construction of PROPOSED
CONSTRUCTION OF (PHASE 1) OF TUITION BLOCK AT KMTC KABARNET CAMPUS.
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method Open National using a standardized tender
document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during
office hours 0800 to 1700 hours at the address given below.
4. Tender documents with full specifications can be obtained from the KMTC Headquarters, 1st Floor –
Procurement office, upon payment of non-refundable fee of Ksh. 1,000 (One Thousand Shillings) through
jiunge sale for this Tender Document A/C NO. 222 222. Cash strictly not acceptable.
5. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website https//tenders.go.ke or
www.kmtc.ac.ke .Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to
procurement@kmtc.ac.ke, P.O. Box 30195 – 00100 NAIROBI to facilitate any further clarification or
addendum.
6. Tenders shall be quoted be in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tenders shall remain valid for 150
days from the date of opening of tenders.
7. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of Ksh. 750,000 (Seven hundred and Fifty thousand
Shillings only).
8. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
9. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 9th May,2025 AT 10:00AM. Hand
Copy. Electronic Tenders WILL NOT be permitted.
10. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead line date and
times specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated
representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
11. Late tenders will be REJECTED.
