The Principal Chogoria Girls’ High School through the Ministry of Education invites sealed bids from eligible candidates for the:

PROPOSED STORIED DORMITORY BLOCK AT CHOGORIA GIRL’S HIGH SCHOOL [PHASE 1] – THARAKA NITHI COUNTY

Interested Contractors may obtain tender documents from Chogoria Girls’ High School, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kshs 2,000 to be paid in cash at the cash office before 4.00pm on normal working days.
Interested bidders should note that only those meeting the criteria indicated below as a minimum, supported by relevant documents at submission will be considered for further evaluation.
The mandatory conditions to be complied with are:-
- a)Copy of registration/incorporation Certificate
- b)Copy of Valid tax compliance certificate
- c)Valid NCA Reg. certificates and NCA practicing license.
- d)Form of tender (properly filled, signed and stamped]
- e)Bid security from a reputable bank or PPRA approved insurance firm, of Kshs 2% of the tender sum valid for One hundred and twenty [120] days from the date of tender opening
- f)Recent Copy of CR12 for companies / Business registration certificate for business name [Records relating the company / Business name held by the registrar of companies as from 1st January, 2021 to the date of tender opening
- g)Submission of Original and Copy of the tender document
- h)Valid single trading license
- i)Dully filled, stamped and signed confidential business questionnaire
- j)Document properly serialized
- k)There will be a mandatory site visit on Wednesday 27th July, 2022 from 9.00 am to 12.00noon and Friday 29th July, 2022 from 9.00am to 12.00 noon.

OR, placed in the tender box situated at Chogoria Girls’ High School, to reach him/her not later than 10.00am of 3rd August, 2022 Submitted bids shall be opened publicly at Chogoria Girls’ High School Board Room, soon after the above stated closing date and time in the presence of the tenderers or their representative who choose to attend. Late bids will be returned/remain unopened.
Prices quoted must remain valid for a minimum period of One hundred and twenty [120] days from the opening date of the tender
