PROPOSED SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 46 SEATER SEMI LUXURY SCHOOL BUS AT ST. DOMINIC WIGA SECONDARY SCHOOL FOR
2024/2025 FY.
HOMABAY TOWN NG-CDF INVITES SEALED TENDERS FOR THE PROPOSED SUPPLY AND
DELIVERY OF 46 SEATER SEMI LUXURY SCHOOL BUS AT ST. DOMINIC WIGA SECONDARY
SCHOOL FOR 2024/2025 FY LOCATED IN HOMABAY CENTRAL WARD.

1. Tendering will be conducted under National Open Competitive Tender using a
   standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested tenderers.
2. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender
   Documents during office hours[0800 to 1700 hours] at the address given below:

3. Bidders may obtain and inspect a complete set of detailed tender documents physically at
   the NG-CDF Offices, located at Kabunde Multipurpose Hall during normal working hours
   from July 15, 2025 upon payment of cash or presentation of a cash deposit slip of a nonrefundable fee of Kshs 1,000 (Kenya Shillings One Thousand Only) payable to HOMABAY
   TOWN NG-CDF bank account number 0980261595074, EQUITY BANK KENYA, Homabay
   Branch. Tenders shall be quoted in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tenders shall
   remain valid for 120 days from the date of opening oftenders.
4. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
5. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 29th July 2025 at
   1000hrs. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
6. Tenders will be opened on 30th July 2025 at 10:00 am (EAT) at Kabunde Multipurpose Hall in the
   presence of the Tenderers’ /Tenderer’s designated representatives who choose to attend at the
   address below.
