THE COUNTY GOVERNMENT OF WEST POKOT TENDER 2021 

The County Government of West Pokot has obtained a grant from the European Union, through the Ministry of Devolution and ASALs, under the EU-IDEAS programme and intends to apply part of the proceeds towards payments under the contract indicated below. The County now invites sealed bids from interested and eligible bidders to apply for the following tender;

The tender document shall be downloaded free of charge from the County Government website www.westpokot.go.ke and the public procurement information portal www.tenders.go.ke

There shall be a mandatory pre-tender site visits scheduled for 10:00am on Thursday 28^th January 2021. Interested bidders are requested to meet at the Supply Chain Management Office, located at the County Treasury building Headquarters at or before 9:00am on the said date. The bidders who attended pre-tender site visit previously need not to attend.

Duly completed bids should be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked with Tender Number and Tender Name and deposited in the tender box situated at the entrance of the Treasury Building, West Pokot County – Kapenguria and be addressed to:

So as to be received on or before Friday 5^th February, 2021 at 12:00 noon (East Africa Time)

Bids will be opened immediately thereafter, in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at West Pokot County Treasury Boardroom, located at County Treasury Building, Ground Floor.
