PROPOSED TARMACKING OF LAKEVIEW ESTATE ACCESS ROADS IN NAIVASHA MUNICIPALITY.

COUNTY GOVERNMENT OF NAKURU OFFICE TENDER FEBRUARY 2022 

The County Government of Nakuru invites bids from eligible bidders for the tenders as listed below in Naivasha Municipality.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT

1. Copy of certificate of incorporation/registration
2. Copy of valid tax compliance from KRA
3. Copy of KRA pin certificate
4. Copy of latest (6months or less) CR12
5. Copy of valid business permit
6. Copy of valid and active NCA Registration certificate (NCA 4 and above for civil * works)
7. Valid Practicing license from NCA for the level 4 and above
8. Bid bond as indicated in the tender documents
9. Dully filled, signed and stamped business questionnaires
10. Pre-tender site visit form as signed by the authorised officer of the Procuring Entity
11. Dully filled, signed and stamped declaration forms
12. Any other mandatory requirements as indicated in the tender document

Any bid that does not meet the mandatory requirements shall not be subject to any further evaluation. Further tender conditions and requirements are contained in the respective tender documents. Bidders shall download the tender documents from the County Website www.nakuru.go.ke or/and Public Procurement Information Portal (PPIP).

Dully completed original tender documents shall be submitted physically to the County Headquarter Tender Box on or before Wednesday 16^th February, 2022 at 10:00 am.

Pre-tender site visit will be on Friday 11th February, 2022 at the venue and time indicated in the tender document.
