TENDER NO. JUD/OT/006/2025-2026 – PROVISION FOR MICROSOFT 365 ENTERPRISE (INLCUDING TEAMS) UNDER FRAMEWORK CONTRACT FOR A PERIOD OF
THREE (3) YEARS
The Judiciary invites qualified bidders to submit proposals for the PROVISION FOR
MICROSOFT 365 ENTERPRISE (INLUDING TEAMS) UNDER FRAMEWORK CONTRACT
FOR A PERIOD OF THREE (3) YEARS renewable annually subject to satisfactory
performance.
Interested and eligible candidates may view or obtain the tender document by downloading
from the Judiciary’s website: www.judiciary.go.ke or from the Public Procurement Information
Portal (PPIP) website: www.tenders.go.ke. Any request for clarifications must be made in
writing at least five (5) days to the closing date of the tender. All clarifications and addendums
will be posted on the Judiciary and PPIP websites.
Prices quoted for the above tender shall be inclusive of all taxes, Public Procurement Capacity
Building Levy (PPCBL) of 0.03% of the quoted amount and must be expressed in Kenya Shillings
and shall remain valid for one hundred and twenty (120) days from the closing date of the tender.
Tenders must be accompanied by a tender security of Kenya Shillings Five Hundred Thousand
Only (Kshs. 100,000.00) and in the form of a guarantee issued by a financial institution approved
and licensed by the Central Bank of Kenya (CBK) or by an Insurance Company registered and
licensed by the Insurance Regulatory Authority (IRA) Addressed and payable to the Chief Registrar
of the Judiciary.
Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, clearly marked
with the tender number and name and deposited in the Tender Box provided at the Main gate,
Supreme Court entrance, City Hall Way, Nairobi and addressed to:

to be received on or before 19th September, 2025 at 10.00 AM.
Tenders will be opened immediately afterwards in the presence of designated
representatives from the bidders who choose to attend, in the Supreme Court Building,
2nd Floor, Room No. 74, or as otherwise advised.
