INVITATION TO TENDER 
PROVISION FOR PROVISION OF PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR KENYA INSTITUTE OF SUPPLIES MANAGEMENT. 
TENDER REF NO: KISM/TEN/09/2022-2023 

PERIOD: 2022-2023 FINANCIAL YEAR (2 YEARS) SUBJECT TO SATISFACTORY PERFORMANCE.
1. KENYA INSTITUTE OF SUPPLIES MANAGEMENT invites sealed tenders from eligible candidates for the Provision of Property Management Services for Kenya Institute of Supplies Management.
2. Tendering will be conducted under restricted competitive method using a standardized tender document and is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents at the website www.kism.or.ke Office,
4. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested tenderers downloaded from the website www.tenders.go.ke or KISM website: the www.kism.or.ke. valid.free of charge
5. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the www.kism.or.ke. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to procurement@kism.or.ke , P.O. BOX 30400- 00100 to facilitate any further clarification or an addendum.
6. All Tenders will be required to deposit a tender Security of Kshs 500,000.00 of the total quoted price inform of banker’s cheque or a guarantee Issued to Insurance company registered or licensed by Insurance Regulatory Authority listed by the Authority or a financial Institution approved and Licensed by the Central Bank Of Kenya and valid for 126 days from the tender opening date.
7. Complete tender documents are to be enclosed in a plain sealed envelope marked with the tender number and name and be deposited in the Tender box at 12th KISM Towers Ngong road or be addressed to:

so as to be received on or before 22th July 2022 at 11.30 a.m.
8. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date in the presence of the candidates’ representatives who choose to attend at our offices 12th floor, KISM Towers, Ngong road.
9. Late tenders will be rejected.
