PROVISION OF ACTED KENYA STAFF MEDICAL COVER – ACTED

ACTED TENDER NOVEMBER 2023 

ACTED, implementing Multiple projects under Multiple donor funding, is inviting Medical insurance service providers to submit offers for ACTED Kenya Staff Medical Cover for the period January 01, 2024, to December 31, 2024, as described in the below table:

The tender will be conducted using ACTED standard bidding documents, open to all qualified suppliers and service providers. The Bidding Documents [in English] can be requested for free by sending a requisition email to kenya.tender@acted.org, cc tender@acted.org.

All bids must be submitted on OR before Thursday 16-11-2023 at 5:00PM by E-mail to kenya.tender@acted.org, Cc tender@acted.org. Late Bids will be automatically rejected.

ACTED will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to ACTED.

A tender opening session will take place on Tuesday 21 -11- 2023 in ACTED representative office in Nairobi, KENYA: The presence of bidders’ representative is allowed.
