INVITATION TO TENDER
PROVISION OF AIR TICKETS ON FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT FOR THREE YEARS
1. The Kenya Institute of Supplies Management (KISM) invites sealed tenders from special
groups registered under AGPO, with IATA and KATA for the Provision of services,
i.e. PROVISION OF AIR TICKETS ON FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT FOR THREE YEARS.
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (National) using a
standardized tender document. Tenders will be awarded on basis of a Framework
Agreement on ‘as and when required basis’.
3. Tendering is strictly reserved for Youths, Women and Persons with disabilities who are
registered with Ministry of Finance and have a valid AGPO registration certificate.
4. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the
Tender Documents during office working hours i.e. 0800 to 1230 hours and 1430 to
1650 hours at the address given below. More details on the Services are provided in
PART 2 – Services’ Requirements, Section V – Description of Services of the Tender Document
5. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained electronically from the websites
www.kism.or.ke and www.tenders.go.ke. Tender documents obtained electronically will be
free of charge.
6. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website
www.kism.or.ke and www.tenders.go.ke. Tenderers who download the tender document
must forward their particulars immediately to procurement@kism.or.ke to facilitate any
further clarification or addendum.
7. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender-Securing Declaration.
8. The Tenderer shall chronologically paginate all pages of the tender documents
submitted in the format 1,2,3……
9. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 16THDecember, 2025 at 11.00am.
10. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
11. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above
or any deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the
presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
12. Late tenders will be rejected.
- KISM reserves the right to accept or reject any tender and may annul the tendering
process and reject all tenders at any time prior to contract award without thereby
incurring any liability to the affected tenderer or tenderers. - The addresses referred to above are:
