PROVISION OF CLEANING,SANITARY AND FUMIGATION SERVICES FOR KENYA INSTITUTE OF SUPPLIES MANAGEMENT KISM TOWERS NGONG ROAD – TWO (2) YEARS FRAMEWORK CONTRACT.

Kenya Institute of supplies Management (KISM), herein known as the Procuring entity, invites sealed tenders from interested and eligible candidates MUST BE AGPO (Women) ONLY for a period of Two (2) years on a framework contract with a value for money assessment undertaken annually to confirm whether the Bidder is providing satisfactory performance and whether the terms in the framework contract remain competitive.
1. Tendering will be conducted under Open National Tendering method and is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
2. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office (MONDAY-FRIDAY) hours, between 0800hrs to 1700hrs (East Africa Time) at the address given below.

3. A complete set of tender documents may also be purchased or obtained by paying KES 1,000, in cash or Banker’s Cheque. Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.
4. There will be a Mandatory Site Visit at Kenya Institute of supplies Management KISM TOWERS office as per the schedule below;

5. Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Website(s) www.kism.or.ke or www.tenders.go.ke. Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.
6. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website (www.kism.or.ke or www.tenders.go.ke). Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to (procurement@kism.or.ke) to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
7. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 28TH June, 2022 at 1100hrs EAT. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.

9. Tenders that do not fit in the tender box shall be deposited at the Reception Desk and recorded using the register located at the reception area at the address located in clause 8 above.
10. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
11. Late tenders will be rejected.
12. Preference and Reservation schemes will apply as prescribed in the Procurement law.
