Provision of comprehensive medical insurance cover for County Assembly Staff

ELGEYO/ MARAKWET COUNTY GOVERNMENT TENDER 2021 

The County Assembly of Elgeyo/ Marakwet hereby invites sealed tenders from eligible candidates for provision of comprehensive medical insurance cover for financial year 2020-2021

Mandatory Requirements

1. Attach copy of certificate of registration/incorporation
2. Copy of valid single business permit
3. Copy of Pin certificate
4. Must fill the prices in the format provided
5. Attach valid copy of tax compliance certificate
6. Bidders must serialize their tender documents
7. There shall be no arithmetical errors
8. Provide security of 2% of the total sum quoted
9. Copy of current registration certificate with IRA
10. Copy of membership certificate with AKI
11. Bidders MUST send their bids online and also the hard copies

Tender documents with detailed specifications and more information on tendering conditions can be down loaded free of charge in the County Assembly’s website www.emcassembly.go.ke

Completed tender documents clearly marked tender name and tender no. should be deposited in the tender box at the County Assembly’s main entrance so as to be received on or before 2.00pm noon County Assembly wall clock on Monday 25^th January 2021

Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend in Committee Room No.2 at the County Assembly
