INVITATION TOTENDER
PROVISION OF COMPREHENSIVE WIBA PLUS INSURANCE COVER FOR
GAICHANJIRU HIGH SCHOOL SUPPORT STAFFS
TENDER REF NO: GHS/12/2025/2026/2027
1. The GAICHANJIRU HIGH SCHOOL invites sealed tenders for the provision of
Insurance Services for Medical Insurance Cover for school support staff, GAICHANJIRU HIGH
SCHOOL, for a period of TWELVE (12 months.
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive tendering method using a
standardized tender document and is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender
Documents during office hours 0800 to 1700 hours at the address given below. Tender
documents may be viewed and/or downloaded from the website
www.gaichanjiruschool.com and also at the PPIP portal www.tenders.go.ke.
4. A complete set of tender documents shall be downloaded FREE OF CHARGE from the web
addresses as indicated in 3 above.
5. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website
(www.gaichanjiruschool.go.ke and also at the PPIP portal www.tenders.go.ke. Tenderers
who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to
gaichanjiruschool@yahoo.com to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
6. All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender Security of Kshs.50,000/= in form of
Bank Guarantee only from recognized Financial Institutions.
7. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
8. Completed tenders must be submitted manually by depositing the tender document
on the lockable tender box stationed at the school administration block a t
Gaichanjiru High School so as to be received on or before Wednesday 6th AUGUST, 2025 at the indicated time.
9. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or
any deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the
presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the
address below.
10. Late tenders will be rejected.
