The Executive Office of the President – State House invites sealed request for proposal documents from eligible
interested bidders for the following:

the State House website www.president.go.ke, or https://supplier.treasury.go.ke and www.tenders.go.ke
free of charge.
Complete RFP Tender Documents, both “Original” and ‘Copy”, enclosed in plain sealed envelope, marked with
Request for proposal description and Tender Number should be deposited at the Tender Box located at State
House Nairobi Gate D and addressed to:

P. O. Box 40530 – 00100 NAIROBI
so as to be received not later than Tuesday, 26th March, 2024 at 11.00 a.m. East African Time. Late applications
will not be accepted.
Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes, must be in Kenya Shillings and should remain valid for 126
days.
Request for proposal must be accompanied by a bid bond of Kenya Shillings Five Hundred Thousand
(Ksh 500,000.00) from a reputable bank or an insurance company approved by Public Procurement Regulatory
Authority, payable to Comptroller of State House, P. O. Box 40530 – 00100 Nairobi.
Request for proposal will be opened immediately thereafter at Executive Office of the President – State House
Nairobi, Administrative Block Boardroom in the presence of candidates or their representatives who choose
to attend.
Large documents that cannot fit in the tender box shall be received and registered at Executive Office of the President,
State House Nairobi, Supply Chain Management Services Office.
The Executive Office of the President, State House reserves the right to reject or accept in whole or in part any
tender without obligation to give reasons for the decision.
