2. Consultants who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to
procurement@shippingmaritime.go.ke to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
3. The Consultant must submit:
(a) Technical Proposal: one (1) original and 2 copies.
(b) Financial Proposal: one (1) original and 2 copies
4. The Proposals must be submitted no later than: Date: 13th February, 2024 -Time: 1000 hours East
African Time and be deposited at the State Department for Shipping and Maritime Affairs tender box
located at NSSF Annex Building 8th floor and MUST be accompanied by a bid guarantee as indicated in the
table above from a reputable bank or insurance company.
