Price quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes, must be in Kenya shillings and should remain valid for 150 days.
Bidders who download the documents from the website MUST forward their particulars immediately to procurement@ombudsman.go.ke for records and further clarification and addenda.

The Tenders shall be deposited in the tender box provided at the Commission on Administrative Justice Offices, 2nd Floor, West End Towers, Waiyaki Way opposite Aga-Khan High School, Nairobi on or before Wednesday, November 9, 2022 at 12:00 noon.
The Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at 2nd Floor, West End Towers, (Haki center)
Late tenders will not be accepted.
