The Ministry of Information, Communications and Technology, State Department for Broadcasting and Telecommunication invites sealed tenders from eligible candidates for the provision guarding security services at County Information offices
Tender documents with detailed specifications shall be downloaded free of charge from Ministry’s website www.ict.go.ke and PPIP portal www.tenders.go.ke. Tenderers who download the tender documents must forward their particulars immediately to kennedy.omari@information.go.ke to facilitate any further clarification or addendum
Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the tender documents during office working hours 8.00a.m to 5.00 p.m. at Telposta Towers, 11th Floor, Supply Chain Management office
All tenderers must be accompanied by a tender security of Kshs 100,000 from a reputable Bank or from a PPOA accredited insurance companies, shall be valid for one hundred twenty (126) days from tender opening date.
Prices quoted must be net inclusive of VAT and all Government Taxes and must remain valid for one hundred and twenty six (126) days from the opening date of the tender.
Tender documents in plain sealed envelopes, marked tender number on the right hand side corner and bearing no indication of the tenderer should be addressed to:-

and placed in the Tender Box on 11th Floor at the Telposta Towers, Nairobi or sent by post so as to reach the above address on or before 21st July, 2021 at 11.00am.
Submitted bids will be opened publicly on the 9th Floor Boardroom soon after the above stated closing date and time in the presence of the tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend. Late bids shall not be accepted. Companies owned by Youth, Women and Persons With Disabilities are encouraged to apply.
