PROVISION OF INTERIOR DESIGNER SERVICES
1.1 Introduction
Safaricom Plc is the leading integrated communication and financial services provider in Kenya, with a steadily growing subscriber base. The company is continuously expanding and reviewing its business, to meet the changing competitive landscapes, needs, and profiles of its customers.
Safaricom PLC invites qualified and experienced interior designers and design firms to express their interest in providing interior design services for the retrofit and modernization of the 4th Floor at Safaricom Headquarters.
1.2 Background and EOI Requirements
The objective of this project is to transform the current 4th Floor office space into a modern, functional, and collaborative working environment that reflects Safaricom’s brand, values, and commitment to innovation. The retrofit will include spatial redesign, finishes upgrade, lighting, ergonomic furniture solutions, and incorporation of sustainable and smart design principles.
Scope of Services:
The selected interior designer will be expected to provide:
- Concept development and space planning
- Interior architectural design
- Selection of finishes, materials, and furniture
- Lighting and acoustic design
- Sustainability and smart office integration
- Project management support and coordination during implementation

1.5 Submission of Responses
