Bid documents may be downloaded from the Assembly website www.machakosassembly.go.ke or at the IFMIS Portal: www.supplier.treasury.go.ke (search for the bid document using the IFMIS negotiation Number) free of charge.
Complete bid documents for Medical and General insurance should be submitted through the IFMIS Supplier Portal: www.supplier.treasurv.go.ke so as to be received on or before Tuesday 11th May, 2021 at 11.00 am. Prequalification documents in plain sealed envelopes, clearly marked tender name and number should be addressed to;

and be deposited in the tender box located at the reception, County hall along Mwatu wa Ngoma road, Machakos town so as to be received on or before Tuesday 11th May, 2021 at 11.00 am..
Tender documents will be opened immediately thereafter in presence of bidders or their representatives who wish to attend at the Assembly board room, County hall.
