The Kenya Institute of Supplies Management invites sealed tenders for the Provision of Taxi services for KISM (KENYA INSTITUTE OF SUPPLIES MANAGEMENT).
- Tendering will be conducted under Open National Tender using a standardized tender document.

Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office hours 0800 to 1700 hours at the address given below.

A printed complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by biddersfrom the Supply Chain Management during normal working hours between 8. 00a.mand5. 00p.m on weekdays, upon payment of a non-refundable fees of Ksh. 1,000 in cashor
Banker’s Cheque, payable to Kenya Institute for Public Policy Research and Analysis andbank slip submitted to the accounts section during normal working hours and obtainofficial receipt. -
Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Website(s)
http://www.tenders.go.ke or www.kism.or.ke. Tender documents obtained electronicallywill be free of charge. Tenderers who download the tender document must forwardtheir
particulars immediately to procurement@kism.or.ke to facilitate any further clarificationor addendum. -
The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.

Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 18TH DECEMBER 2025 at11.00 A.M. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.

Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or
any deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened inthepresence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at theaddress below. -
