INVITATION TO TENDER 

PROVISION OF SECURITY SERVICES IN 12 TRANSMITTING STATIONS 

TENDER NO: 31/KBC/2021-2022 

The Kenya Broadcasting Corporation invites sealed tenders for eligible tenderers to tender for the Provision of Security Services in 12 stations.
Interested Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Document for free from the Procurement Office or download the same from Kenya Broadcasting Corporation Website www.kbc.co.ke.
Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes and duties applicable, must be in Kenya shillings and shall remain valid for 120 days from the closing date of the tender.
Duly completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, marked with the tender number, name and as prescribed and deposited in the tender box provided at the Reception main gate at the Kenya Broadcasting Corporation main gate, Nairobi or be addressed to: –

So as to be received on or before Tuesday 5th July 2022 at 10.00am.
Tenders must be accompanied by a tender Security of Kshs.200,000.00 in form of a bank guarantee from a reputable bank or guarantee from an insurance company approved by the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) payable to Kenya Broadcasting Corporation.
Tender documents will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the Candidates who choose to attend or their representatives at the VIP Canteen at Kenya Broadcasting Corporation, Nairobi.
