INVITATION TO TENDER
PROVISION OF SECURITY SERVICES
TENDER NO: PCKTTI/T/2025/2026/01
PC KINYANJUI TECHNICAL TRAINING INSTITUTE invites sealed tenders for the PROVISION OF
SECURITY SERVICES TENDER NO: PCKTTI/T/2025/2026/01 for a duration not exceeding 12
months.
Tendering will be conducted under open competitive tendering method using a standardized tender document and is
open to all qualified and interested Tenderers. Tenderers will be allowed to tender for one or more items.
1. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender
Documents during office hours 0800 to 1700 hours at the institute. Tender documents may be
viewed and/or downloaded from the website www.kinyanjuitechnical.ac.ke or the Public
Procurement Information Portal (PPIP)
2. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website
www.kinyanjuitechnical.ac.ke or the PPIP. Tenderers who download the tender document
must forward their particulars immediately to procurement@kinyanjuitechnical.ac.ke to
facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
3. All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender security or bid bond of 2% of the Tender sum.
4. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.

5. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before MONDAY 8TH
DECEMBER, 2025 At 10:00am. Electronic Tenders [ will not] be permitted.
6. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any
deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the
Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at room A34 Block A first floor.
7. Late tenders will be rejected.
