PROVISION OF SERVICES FOR ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENT FOR THE GIZ PROJECTS IN KENYA/SOMALIA (FRAMEWORK CONTRACT)
The Deutsche Gesellschaft fur Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH is implementing technical cooperation measures on behalf of the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany.
The goal of GIZ is to support the capacity development of people, organizations, and institutional structures in the partner countries to enable them better their living conditions through their own effect’s. Based on the government agreement, GIZ implements its commission in close cooperation with the civil society.
The current thematic areas for the ministry for economic cooperation and development are in the areas of agriculture, food security and Sustainable Economic development. In addition to the already mentioned focus areas, there are also projects in the sectors of good governance, energy, and migration and sport for development. Furthermore, GIZ using the Civil Peace Service, supports dialogue and peaceful conflict resolution of societal conflicts in Kenya. GIZ also implements on behalf of the federal ministry for environment, nature conservation and nuclear safety, projects in the fields of environment and climate.
GIZ Kenya/Somalia would like to engage various consultancy firms/ companies, through a framework contract for Provision of Services for Organization Development for the GIZ Projects in Kenya/ Somalia (FRAMEWORK CONTRACT).
The consultant is expected to support GIZ Office in Kenya/Somalia in developing and implementing structures, policies, and procedures according to the jointly agreed work plan. To that end, the consultant will review existing policies, structures, and regulations currently in use.

An email response will provide the ToRs and relevant tender documents with further information on 17.06.2022, thereafter no tender documents will be shared.
Kindly submit your signed/stamped complete proposals as specified in the tender documents in Hard Copies and a digital copy saved in a Flash/ Thumb drive in PDF format. Submission should be in two separate envelopes clearly marked Financial and Technical enclosed in one Sealed Envelope with reference number ‘83394759’.
