PROVISION OF STAFF PENSION FUND MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR THE NATIONAL HEROES COUNCIL

Tender Notice
1. The National Heroes Council invites sealed tenders from reputable service providers for
the Provision of Pension Fund Management Services for National Heroes Council Staff

2. Interested eligible candidates may obtain further information and inspect the tender
documents with detailed requirements at Supply Chain Management office.
A complete set of bidding documents in English may be obtained from The National
Heroes Council website; https://heroes.go.ke or the Public Procurement Information
Portal (PPIP), www.tenders.go.ke
Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender
Documents during office hours 8:00am-5:00pm. Completed Bids are to be marked TENDER
NO. T/NaHeCo/001/2024 -2025, Provision of Staff Pension Fund Management Services for The
National Heroes Council and submitted to the address below on or before 13th August, 2024 at
12.00 noon (East Africa Time). Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.

3. Tendering will be conducted under National Open Competitive method using a standardized
tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers
4. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender
Documents during office hours i.e. 0800 to 1700 hours.
5. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from The National Heroes
Council website; https://heroes.go.ke or the Public Procurement Information Portal
(PPIP); www.tenders.go.ke free of charge. Tenderers who download the tender document must
forward their particulars immediately to procurement@heroes.go.ke to facilitate any
further clarification or addendum.
6. The tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
7. Completed Tender documents should be submitted in plain sealed envelopes and clearly
marked The National Heroes Council TENDER NO: T/NaHeCo/001/2024 -2025 and
addressed to the above address:
8. Tenders shall be quoted in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tenders shall
remain valid for 140 days from the date of opening of tenders.
9. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of KShs. 500,000.00 (Kenya
Shillings Five Hundred Thousand Shillings) valid for 140 days.
10. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or
any dead line date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the
presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address
above.
11. Late tenders will be rejected.
12. Any canvassing or giving of false information will lead to automatic disqualification.
