The United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) Representation in Kenya invites sealed bids from qualified, reliable and reputable companies in Kenya for the below tender advert for UNHCR Sub Office Dadaab.

1. REQUEST FOR INVITATION BID: ITB/HCR/SOD/2021/001

PROJECT: PURCHASE OF SCHOOL DESK FOR UNHCR SUB OFFICE DADAAB

CLOSING DATE AND TIME: 15 APRIL 2021 at 16:30 hrs. Sealed bids are to be sent to UNHCR in the following manner and email address mentioned in the tender document.

Bid must be sent by e-mail ONLY to: KENPABOC@unhcr.org.

Financial and Technical offers must be sent on separate attachment and named on the title of the content e.g. Financial offer document

Only those manufacturers, suppliers and dealers who can meet UNHCR’s requirements (specification, quality, delivery etc.) need to apply.
