REGISTRATION OF SUPPLIERS FOR FINANCIAL YEARS 2024/2026 – MIGORI COUNTY

MIGORI COUNTY ASSEMBLY TENDER MARCH 2024 

Migori County Assembly invites applications foe Registration of Suppliers and Service Providers from interested eligible Bidders and Tender the supply of goods and provision of services for the Financial Years 2024-2026. For detailed category registration, tenderers should visit County Assembly Procurement Offices

Interested bidders should attach copies of the following:

1. Copy of Business Registration Certificate/Certificate of Incorporation
2. Copy of valid and current Tax Compliance Certificate
3. Copy of PIN and VAT certificate
4. Youth, Women and PWD’s Certificates from the NATIONAL TREASURY/COUNTY GOVERNMENT (AGPO) for preferential Tenders.
5. Current Singe Business Permit
6. NCA 7 and above for provision of building works
7. Authorization letter from manufacturer for Supply and maintenance of firefighting/preventon and protection tools/equipment’s including installation
8. Must be a registered member of EPRA for Fuel and lubricants
9. Must be registered with IATA for Provision of air travel and ticketing agency services (IATA registered only)
10. Must be a member of Kenya Security Industry Association (KSIA)and certificates for Good conduct for employees. Attach evidence for Provision of security services and supply of other security gadget s/sys terns
11. Must have a valid current practicing certificate. Attach evidence for Provision of legal services.
12. Must indicate the specialized area of consultancy.eg ICT Finance. HR, to provide NITA Certificate for Provision of consultancy services/Training and capacity building.
13. Must have a valid current practicing certificate. Attach evidence for Provision of legislative drafting services.
14. Must be a member of Association of Kenya Insurers(AKI) or Equivalent for Provision of vehicle insurance and other insurance covers

• ‘RESERVED tenders are for youth, women and Persons with disability and must attach a copy of registration certificate from Ministry of Gender and Social Services, Group’s Constitution, YAGPO or WAGPO Certificates.
• Youth, women and persons with disability are encouraged to also competitively apply for the open tenders as long as they meet the required qualifications.

Tender documents can be obtained free of charge at the procurement office of the County Assembly of Migori. next to Migori County Government offices hours from 8.00 AM to 1.00 PM and 2.00 PM to 5.00 PM from Monday to Friday or can be downloaded free of charge from our website: www.migoricountyassembly.or.ke

Duly completed pre-qualification and tender documents in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked with relevant category number and description should be addressed to:

Or be deposited in the tender box situated at The Migori County Assembly, on or before 22^nd March, 2024 at 10:00AM.

Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of tenderers or their representatives who may wish to attend. Late bids will not be accepted.

Bidders who shall have downloaded the tender documents from the website must register at the Procurement Office before the deadline for submission of tenders
