INVITATION TO TENDER
The National Communication Secretariat (NCS) invites sealed bids and registration of suppliers from eligible candidates as follows;

Tender Documents may be viewed/inspected and downloaded free of charge from NCS website www..ncs.go.ke
Interested firms who download the tender document and intend to submit a bid MUST forward their contacts/ particulars immediately through: scm@ncs.go.ke for the purpose of facilitating clarification and/or addendum.
Completed bid documents MUST be submitted in a plain sealed envelope, clearly marked with the Tender Reference Number and Tender Name as indicated and addressed to:

P.O Box 10756 – 00100 GPO Nairobi.
and deposited in the tender box situated at the entrance of National Communication Secretariat, Transcom House, 9th Floor, to be received on or before the bid closing date of Wednesday 6th July, 2022 at 11.00AM
The Bid opening will be done immediately thereafter at NCS Reception area in the presence of the tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend.
Covid-19 protocols will be followed during the opening process.
Late tenders will be rejected.
